
LPEQ appoints Cosijn as CEO
LPEQ, an international association of listed private equity firms, has appointed Douwe Cosijn as the successor to CEO Andrea Lowe.
Cosijn joins from a role at an independent communications advisory business that he founded in 2012, having previously spent 14 years at 3i.
He joined the British GP in 1998, where he was director of corporate affairs and head of IR between 2005-2012.
Current CEO Andrea Lowe will step down in early 2016, leaving the association she helped found in 2006 with HgCapital CEO Ian Armitage.
