Hawkpoint appoints Antony Mannion

Prior to joining Hawkpoint, Mannion was corporate development director at SSL plc for seven years, before its £2.5bn takeover by Reckett Benkiser in late 2010. Mannion has also worked as a solicitor with Freshfields, in corporate advisory with Citicorp and with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank, Asia.

At SSL Mannion was responsible for transactions such as the acquisition of Medcom and Qingdao London Rubber Company Ltd. Mannion will work closely with Nancy Hollendoner, Hawkpoint's senior adviser in the healthcare sector.
