Express delivery company TNT has signed an agreement to sell its logistics division to Apollo Management. The total value of the transaction is EUR 1.48m on a cash and debt free basis, of which EUR 15m will be received in the form of a 5% equity stake in the new company. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete before the year end.
