NORWAY - Cubera acquires Swedish tail end fund
Cubera Private Equity has acquired seven portfolio companies from the Swedish private equity fund Servisen private equity fund II.
The Servisen portfolio is acquired by CVS I, a fund with Cubera Secondary as the sole limited partner. CVS I is managed by the newly established management company Forma Capital AB. The largest holdings are Sörman Holding AB, Envox Group AB and Netsurvey Bolinder AB.
