
NORWAY - Herkules takes 54% stake in Projectiondesign
Norwegian buyout house Herkules Capital has acquired a 54% stake in Projectiondesign, a developer of high performance projectors, from Eger Group.
Headquartered in Fredrikstad, the company has representation offices in Gothenburg, Singapore, Milan, Stuttgart, Bilbao, Bombay, Cape Town, London and New York. In 2008, Projectiondesign generated revenues of NOK 500m, with an operating profit of approximately NOK 100m. Although H1 09 figures showed a decline in revenues, it is expected that H2 will show some improvement.
