UK - Charterhouse considers Lucite sale
Reports suggest that Charterhouse Development Capital is considering a sale of Lucite International, a manufacturer of acrylic-based products, which is thought to have an enterprise value of ТЃ1.3bn (USD 2.5bn).
Charterhouse had tried to sell the company in 2006, but abandoned the sale after the asking price of USD 2.5bn was not reached.
