
Ogier promotes three to partner

Law firm Ogier has promoted Jamie Bore, Sara Johns and Christopher Jones to partner.
Bore (pictured) was previously Ogier's chief operating officer, and is based in the Jersey office. He has been appointed to partner in the firm's business services team and will also act as Ogier's chief financial officer. Bore joined the company in 2009 and has worked on transactions including the MBO of Ogier's fiduciary division (now known as Elian) by Electra Partners in 2014.
Johns joined the firm in 2003 and leads its competition law practice in Jersey. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and capital markets transactions involving offshore vehicles. Johns was a managing associate prior to being made partner.
Jones joined Ogier in 2010 as a managing associate after stints at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Slaughter & May. His areas of expertise include banking and finance, derivatives, restructuring, corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and listings. Jones is based in the Guernsey office.
