FRANCE - Triago X announces new board of directors

Javier Echarri, well-known in the European private equity sector, will be coming from EVCA, having held the title of secretary general since 1999. Javier has gained two degrees, one in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Deusto, Spain and the other in Economic Integration of the European Union from the University of Amsterdam.

Olivier Laury will be joining from Bouygues Telecom, where he was director and has been with the Bouygues Group since 1993. Olivier has an MBA from MIT and will be able to offer great marketing expertise, and will prove invaluable when planning the company's growth.

Vincent Remay has been strategic marketing director and advisor to the chairman at Euronext, prior to which he worked at Paribas. He graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes and has an MBA from the University of Ohio.
