BancBoston appoints Catherine Lawton

Former vice president at CAI Managers & Co. Catherine Lawton has joined BancBoston Capital as vice president. Prior to CAI, a New York based buyout firm, Catherine was an associate at venture capital firm GCC Investments, Inc. She began her career in Merrill Lynch & Co.'s investment banking group. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as an MA and an AB from Columbia University.
