Corvm Capital appoints senior adviser
Newly launched Corvm Capital Partners has hired Philippe Jous as senior adviser.
In addition to working on the investment team, Jous will be member of the firm's supervisory board and board member of Corvm Capital Partners. He will focus on the Benelux market, advising on the firm's development in the region, as well as on capital deployment.
Prior to joining Corvm, Jous was corporate general counsel and general secretary of chemical company Recticel Group. He has also been in-house lawyer for contractor Sybetra.
Corvm, a new structure co-launched by former HIG senior associate Arthur Dessenante, launched at the end of 2014 to target the European mid-market and, to a lesser extent, the US. The GP aims to raise ad hoc capital for each transaction.
