SPAIN - New hire at Latham & Watkins

Vázquez joins the firm from the Madrid office of Clifford Chance. She will use her expertise in advising on national and cross-border private equity and M&A deals, as well as restructurings and general corporate law to strengthens Latham's transactional ability to serve clients in Europe. She received her law degree from Universidad Autónoma in Madrid in 1997 and her advanced law degree (LLM) from Boston University in 1998.
