GLOBAL - Houlihan Lokey hires corporate finance MD
International investment bank Houlihan Lokey has hired Tad Flynn as managing director of corporate finance.
Flynn, who will be based in the New York office, will co-head the financing group and focus on structured private placements for public and private companies, as well as capital markets advisory work.
He joins Houlihan Lokey from UBS Investment Bank where he was head of the Alternative Capital Markets Group. Prior to this, he was the founder and CEO of Pheonix Media Group. He has also held a variety of capital markets, derivatives, and corporate finance positions at Bear Stearns, Salomon Brothers and Bankers Trust.
