FRANCE - FPG-LFPI buys Brittany biscuit maker
Lazard's private equity fund managers FPG-LFPI have acquired 100% of Traou Mad.
Founded in 1920, Traou Mad makes and distributes a range of traditional biscuits from Brittany. The company is based in Pont-Aven and employs 80 people.
The deal was sourced privately and was leveraged by a debt underwritten by BNP Paribas.
