ITALY - Aksia and Alcedo acquire Gimi
Private equity funds Aksia and Alcedo have collectively invested approximately EUR 28m to support the buyout of household goods manufacturer Gimi Spa, taking a majority stake in the business.
Gimi is headquartered in Monselice and was founded in 1973. The company manufactures a wide range of household goods, such as clothes drying racks, ironing boards, and shopping carts.
