
UK - Langholm Capital appoints operating partner
Mid-market investor Langholm Capital has hired Steven Esom as operating partner.
Esom is currently a non executive director of Carphone Warehouse and has served as the executive director of food for Marks & Spencer. Previously, he was managing director of Waitrose.
In his new role, Esom will provide support to the company's portfolio businesses and will work with the appropriate investment teams in appraising potential investment opportunities. Esom has joined the board of Tyrrells Potato Chips as non-executive director, a company in which Langholm invested in April 2008.
