SPAIN – Suma Capital acquires engineering firm
Suma Capital has completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in engineering consulting firm Auding in a management buyout. The management team hold the balance of the shares.
Barcelona-based Auding offers consultancy services to the civil, environmental, structural and urban engineering sectors and reported a turnover of EUR 21m in 2007. With 250 employees, it also has a presence in Mexico and Dominican Republic.
