FRANCE - UI Gestion purchase Péters Surgical

UI invested via its funds M.I 4 and M.I 5. Minority co-investors on the deal were FSI, by way of CDC Entreprises, and NCI Gestion, a regional fund. LCL provided a tranche of senior debt to finance the transaction.

Originally founded in 1926, Péters Surgical specialises in designing, producing and distribution medical equipment used for surgical procedures. The company has a turnover of EUR 24m and employs 250 people.
