SWEDEN - Valedo acquires two psychiatric treatment companies
Swedish buyout house Valedo Partners has acquired Björkviksgruppen and Neuropsyk, both providers of psychiatric health care.
The deal represents Valedo's second investment in the health care industry, having previously acquired Solhagagruppen which specialises in the treatment of patients suffering from autism.
The deal is conditional upon regulatory approval.
