FRANCE - Charterhouse refinanced Elior and Nocibé in the summer
Details of two recaps of Charterhouse portfolio companies, which took place this summer, have emerged.
Perfume specialist Nocibé, on the other hand, repaid part of Charterhouse's convertible bonds and the whole A-tranche, and increased the B- and C-tranches by EUR 127m. Charterhouse backed the company's EUR 490m secondary buyout from Bridgepoint and TCR in December 2005.
