FRANCE - Bourgogne Angels creates regional private equity firm
According to press reports, the Bourgogne region's business angels network has decided to setup a venture capital investment firm, with a total equity value of EUR 250,000.
One objective of this project is to increase the number of investments made regionally. Another is to attract more members to the network. The newly created entity will make investments of at least EUR 10,000, cannot take more than 40% equity stakes or make a single investment worth more than 25% of its total value.
