CVC appoints James Schiro to advisory boards
CVC Capital Partners has appointed James Schiro as senior adviser to its US and global financial institutions advisory boards.
Schiro currently serves as lead director of Goldman Sachs, presiding director of PepsiCo and vice chairman of the Philips Electronics supervisory board. He is a member of the board of directors of REVA Medical and works as a board trustee at St John's University.
From 2000-2009, Schiro was chairman and CEO of Zurich Financial Services. Prior to that he served as CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he began his career in 1967.
