NORWAY – Borea invests in Ocea

The investment includes a participation in a NOK 70 share issue and buying out existing investors, giving Borea a stake exceeding 50% in the business. Ulsmo, a Norwegian investment group, also participated for a 23% stake, and the management participated for a post.

Ocea is founded on the basis of a number of M&As in the aquaculture industry and it is based in Kolbeinsvik.
