FRANCE - IPO spins-off Ceradel
IPO, the listed subsidiary of CM-CIC, has piloted the carve-out of ceramic and glass art equipment provider Ceradel from parent company Imerys.
IPO will own 40% of newco Artemodo, and provided a mezzanine facility of EUR 900,000. CEOs Patrick Masurel and Jean-Charles Kemrene will hold a majority stake.
