
Vision Capital promotes three in European office

Vision Capital has promoted Jonathan Guest and Konstantin Oelfke to associate and Daryl Cohen to partner in the firm's London office.
The firm also appointed Emil Fajersson as associate in its New York office.
Cohen (pictured) has worked at Vision Capital since 2008, when he joined the firm as an associate. He was made principal in 2010. Cohen has so far focused on deal origination and evaluation and was involved in the acquisitions of Nordax Finans and Bormioli Rocco.
Before joining Vision Capital, Cohen was a member of Silver Point Capital's European principal finance team, and an associate at Lion Capital. His career began in 2000 at Goldman Sachs's leveraged finance group in London.
Guest, Oelfke and Fajersson joined Vision Capital on the Associate Development Programme in 2011.
Vision Capital is an international private equity firm with offices in London and New York. The firm has €1.7bn of assets under management and has so far raised seven funds totalling €1.9bn. Vision Capital was founded in 1997 and was among the first firms to be involved in secondaries directs in Europe.
