Brakes, a food service solution provider and portfolio company belonging to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) is the subject of a ТЃ275m refinancing. The refinancing is lead-arranged by JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, with UBS as co-manager. The majority of the proceeds is intended to be used to fund a return of capital to the company's stockholders.
