
Kesseler leaves PAI Partners for Antin IP
Alex Kesseler has left PAI Partners to join Antin Infrastructure Partners (Antin IP) as performance improvement principal.
Kesseler was previously a principal in the portfolio performance group at PAI Partners, in charge of improving the operational performance of portfolio companies. He joined the GP in 2008 and worked on transactions including Spie, Monier, FTE Automotive, Xella, Perstorp and Swissport.
Prior to that, Kesseler was a partner at Roland Berger in Paris. Having joined the consultancy firm in 2002, he led the private equity group of the operations strategy department. He has also held roles at AT Kearney and Philips.
Kesseler will now focus on improving operational performance at Antin IP, working with both the investment team and portfolio company management.
