Close Brothers Corporate Finance has boosted its senior management team with the appointment of Henry Wells as a new director to its leisure and retail sector group.

Wells has been a key member of the leisure and retail group since 2000. He has advised a wide range of clients on a variety of matters, including private and public disposals, acquisitions and acquisition strategy and working with private equity houses and management teams on investment and buy-and-build strategies.
