FRANCE - Argos Soditic backs MBI of Chronolyss
Argos Soditic has backed the management buy-in of Chronolyss, a company providing services to diabetic patients.
Founded in 1992, the company was part of a Swiss holding company that was seeking to change its shareholder structure and management.
Chronolyss has two lines of business: the handling of the commercialisation of glucose monitoring products, and services related to the handling of insulin pumps. The business has revenues of EUR 12m and employs 50 staff.
