HarbourVest to move to LSE main market
HarbourVest Private Equity (HVPE) is moving from the specialist fund market to the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Due to a reduction in shares held in the US, which has recently dropped to less than 50%, HVPE will be moving to the main market of the London Stock Exchange in September.
The fund will hold a shareholder meeting in August in Guernsey for shareholders to vote on the move.
Following the transition, the fund will continue to trade on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam as well.
