ICG hires Brooks for new research role
Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) has appointed Nicholas Brooks to the newly created role of head of economic and investment research.
In his new role, Brooks will work with ICG's corporate and investment teams to inform strategies. He will also provide a macroeconomic framework and analysis to guide ICG's overall business and investors.
Brooks joins from ETF Securities where he spent seven years as head of research and investment strategy, focusing on delivering strategic investment analysis to investment teams and institutional investors.
Prior to this, Brooks was senior economist at Henderson Global Investors, having previously held a similar role at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong. Former positions include senior macro roles at HSBC and Peregrine Securities in Hong Kong and Singapore. He began his career at Citibank in New York.
