GLOBAL - Campbell Lutyens appoints new partner

Allsop set up UBS' fund placement group in London in 1998 and held the role of global head of the bank's Private Equity Funds division for ten years until 2008.

Most recently, Allsop worked at Babcock & Brown to set up an internal fund raising division. Following the financial troubles of the parent company, Allsop led the work of MBO of the European infrastructure investment business, which was completed in July 2009.

At Campbell Lutyens, Allsop will focus on private equity and infrastructure funds.
