Prior to the transaction MPS and Alfredo Pasquinelli – Datel’s founding partner– acquired 34.5% and 13.8% stakes in Sapient respectively.

Datel provides firms in the financial sector with turn-key applications for the management of credit risk and payment systems through various technological platforms. Pasquinelli will act as Sapient’s chairman while Alfio Puglisi will be the managing director
