FRANCE - 21 Centrale Partners sells AFU to Amlin

Established in 1938 and based in Paris, AFU focuses on SME specialty business. The company operates through a network of around 1,300 independent retail brokers and underwriters covering a broad spectrum of sectors.

Since 21 Centrale purchased the company in 2005, AFU has acquired Assurance Industrielles de Londres (AIL) and started two joint ventures: AFUrances in Spain and AFUK, a Lloyd’s broker in the UK.
