EUROPE - EVCA appoints new chairman of Tax and Legal Committee

Dr Brunelli, an equity partner at Italian accountancy firm Di Tanno e Associati, has been a member of the Committee for more than a decade. He succeeds outgoing chairman Ulf Söderholm, managing partner of Nordic law firm Andulf Advokat AB.

The EVCA's Tax and Legal Committee provides support to members on the tax and legal environment for private equity across Europe, as well as assisting in the organisations public and regulatory affairs activities by compiling evidence and information for policymakers and regulators.

Bernard Peeters, a partner of Belgian law firm Tiberghien, has been appointed to the new role of Vice-Chairman.
