
ITALY - BS Private Equity sells nursing home group
BS Private Equity has sold all its shares in nursing home group Segesta alongside the company's founder and CEO. The buyer is French mental healthcare provider Korian.
It is understood that the sale value is EUR 80m, which corresponds to 11x the forecast EBITDA for 2009. Segesta was established in 1994 and manages residential and semi-residential housing facilities for the elderly. It reported total sales of EUR 44m in 2006.
