Partners Group makes year-end senior management promotions
Partners Group has promoted two partners and eight managing directors to its senior management team globally as part of year-end promotions.
The two partners, who will be based in Switzerland, are Andreas Knecht, general counsel, and Marlis Morin, head of internal audit. They will be joined in the firm's Zug head office by newly appointed managing directors Lukas Bucher, head of human resources, and Fredrik Henzler, co-head of industry value creation.
Internationally, Partners Group has promoted Andrew Campbell, head of legal services & transactions (London), Karin Hallin, investment solutions Americas (São Paulo), Adam Howarth, private equity secondaries (Singapore), David Layton, private equity directs (New York), Martin Scott, head of the Sydney office and Guy Waller, in charge of investment solutions Europe, based in London.
The firm has also reshuffled its executive board with partner and head of portfolio & risk management Michael Studer joining the board in charge of global investment services, and Claude Angéloz, partner and co-head of private real estate, replacing Pamela Alsterlind at the helm of the firm's real estate activities. Alsterlind will focus on her role as chairwoman of the private real estate investment committee.
Partners Group is a SIX Swiss Exchange-listed global private equity firm with €27bn of assets under management and a market cap of CHF 5bn. The firm is headquartered in Zug and has further offices in San Francisco, New York, São Paulo, London, Guernsey, Paris, Luxembourg, Munich, Dubai, Singapore, Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo and Sydney. It employs 600 people.
