
Suikkonen joins Lyrique as partner
Swiss fund-of-funds manager Lyrique Private Equity has hired Kaarina Suikkonen as a partner in its Geneva office.
Suikkonen joins Lyrique from the FERI Trust, a Frankfurt-based asset manager and advisory house, where she spent more than six years as head of the firm's €2bn private equity programme, and two years as an investment director in the private equity division.
Prior to her stint at FERI, she worked for California pension fund CalSTRS's alternative investments division. Suikkonen began her career working as a transaction attorney for various industrial companies in Finland, including six years as general counsel for Rudus, and three years as general counsel for Uponor Corporation.
