
FRANCE - Crédit Agricole Private Equity appoints head of growth capital and LBO
Eric Pencréac’h has been appointed head of the growth capital and buyout team at Crédit Agricole Private Equity.
In 1999, Pencréac’h joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity as partner at the group's LBO team before becoming senior partner of the growth capital and buyout division. In 1995 he participated in setting up and developing the buyout department at Crédit Lyonnais. He began his career in the group’s corporate banking department, assuming responsibility for its corporate business centre in 1991. Pencréac’h has worked on a variety of French private equity deals, including with jewellery chain Marc Orian, cement mixer and scaffolding group Altrad and construction group MFC. He holds a post-graduate DESS degree in Finance & Tax.
