LUXEMBOURG/UK - Kneip appoints head of new UK office

Poletti-Gadd will look after existing UK clients and develop new business opportunities; he joined the firm earlier this year from commercial real estate company CoStar. Prior to this, he was a sales director with investor relations consultancy Broker Profile.

Kneip provides asset managers with services in fund listing, corporate actions, data and document management, fund reporting and fact sheets. In the addition to the London office, the firm expects to open offices in Germany, France, and Hong Kong over the next 12 months.

In July 2007, 3i injected EUR 37m of growth capital into Kneip Communication for a 40% stake.
