FRANCE - Apax-owned Outremer Telecom to launch an IPO

The IPO would happen when market conditions are favourable and would naturally require approval by the French stock exchange authority (AMF).

Apax Partners backed Outremer's buyout in December 2004. The company, a provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications and internet in France's foreign territories, generated a 2005 turnover of EUR 78.4m.
