FRANCE - CDC CI acquires DGF
CDC Capital Investissement (CDC CI) has backed the management buyout of food products distributor DGF Group.
Founded in 1986 by a coming together of several distributors, DGF is a producer and distributor of fresh and frozen food products focused principally on the bakery sector. It counts 25,000 boulangeries and patisseries as clients in France as well as a number internationally, where it generates 13% of its EUR 130m annual turnover. The company is based in Chanteloup-les-Vignes and employs 390 people.
