SWEDEN - EQT is expected to list Duni despite market shake up
There is mounting speculation that EQT portfolio company Duni AB, the Swedish producer of high quality products for the catering and service industry will be floated. EQT has held Duni since 2001. According to press reports Duni has struggled to get on its feet but is now back on track and is getting closer to a listing. An IPO is claimed to be the preferred exit route for the company despite the recent stir-up in the market.
The press report also claims that the number of private equity-backed companies seeking a flotation is likely to maintain its momentum and not slow down in the Nordic market.
