UK - ECI acquires Aerial Facilities in £56m management buy-in
ECI Partners has acquired Aerial Facilities for £56m. Aerial, based in Buckinghamshire, is a market leader in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist products and solutions. ECI is backing a new management buy-in team led by Ian Brown, who will join as chief executive officer. Ian is an experienced CEO having led the MBI of Fastnet in 1995 which was successfully sold to Redstone Plc in 2000.
