UK - Simon Pearson becomes partner at Ernst & Young
Ernst & Young has announced the admission of Simon Pearson as an M&A partner. Person will be based in London and will continue to lead the Technology M&A practice for the firm.
Pearson joined Ernst & Young in 2001 as assistant director, leading the Technology M&A practice in Reading, and transferring to London in 2005. He has focused on technology and telecoms technology for 10 years of his 12 years corporate finance experience, and has worked on transactions for BT, BBC, Vodafone, Nokia, Fujifilm and HgCapital.
