Germany/China - Freshfields re-posts private equity partner

Braun joined Freshfields in 1998 and has been a partner since 2007. He will join a team of 26 lawyers in the Shanghai office, where he intends to stay for three years. The move is a result of a substantial increase in private equity in China, according to the firm.
