UK - Scott Tod to be taken over by Rutland Partners
Scott Tod, the struggling cash machine specialist is to be delisted by Rutland Partners in a deal which values the loss making company at ТЃ7.4m.
Management will invest in the deal which offers shareholders 21p per share and which the board has recommended shareholders accept. Shares in the group rose on news of the offer to 19.25p.
