FRANCE - Candover buys Alma Consulting from Apax

Apax Partners had backed the company's previous buyout at the end of 2005, while Chequers had completed a first buyout in 2001.

Alma Consulting has seen its revenues increase from EUR 67.5m in 2004 to EUR 153m in 2006. This figure is expected to exceed EUR 180m this year.

RBS, current agent and arranger of the company's existing debt, is underwriting additional mezzanine.
