
FRANCE - Candover buys Alma Consulting from Apax
Candover has backed the tertiary buyout of operational advisory firm Alma Consulting, meaning an exit for previous backers Apax Partners SA and minority co-investor Chequers.
Alma Consulting has seen its revenues increase from EUR 67.5m in 2004 to EUR 153m in 2006. This figure is expected to exceed EUR 180m this year.
RBS, current agent and arranger of the company's existing debt, is underwriting additional mezzanine.
