Jung appointed new head of Allianz Capital
Allianz Capital Partners has appointed Karl Ralf Jung as its head following the departure of Thomas PУМtter last week.
Pütter has been at the helm of the company since he launched it in 1998, most recently as chairman of the advisory board and investment committee. It is understood that he made the decision to vacate the role last year, when the company was restructured.
Under Pütter's leadership, Allianz's direct investment portfolio has grown to about €2bn, and has generated average annual portfolio returns of about 30%.
