UK - Cobbetts attracts Pinsent Masons' PE team
Cobbetts corporate team has recently attracted more private equity lawyers from Pinsent Masons. Partner Paul Johnson, Nicola Frost, Vicky Zivkovich and Paul Kelly have made the move, following Cobbettsт recent appointment of partner Sean Fitzgerald, who also came from the Manchester office of Pinsent Masons.
The new appointments will further strengthen the firm’s established private equity team, which has advised on deals such as the management buyouts of Kingsland Wines, Affinity Healthcare and Linden Homes in the past 12 months.
The appointments take Cobbetts’ overall corporate team to 55 lawyers including 22 partners.
