ITALY - Euraleo makes its first invesment
Euraleo, the joint venture established in 2006 by French buyout house Eurazeo and investment group Banca Leonardo, has made its first acquisition.
The transaction is subject to clearance by the relevant competition authorities and the arrangement of the necessary acquisition financing. Sirti is active in the field of engineering and development of telecommunication networks and systems. Its solid experience and the in-depth technical expertise allows the provision of high-tech solutions for various telecommunication and ICT applications.
